I heard these two will be there on Friday June 1st: David Church and Gene Watson. Unfortunately I didn't get to hear David Church last year but I have hears Gene Watson...many times. There was just a small sign by the edge of the road at the graveyard. If you ever get the chance to see the site, please do. The marble, layed out with his songs, encompass a large area. My question is, did they ever share a relationship together musically or of any other type. Have they ever been identified as a similar entity? They are both influential musicians from a similar genre of music but have they in any way ever been connected. I am aware that they were around in a close time zone to each other as in the years when they were musically active. Could someone shed any light on the issue?
